M1 Garand 4 digit Springfield Armory 9152
M1 Garand manufactured by Springfield Armory. This rifle is serial number 9152, manufactured in March of 1939.
This rifle is a service grade, and has been rebuilt at least once. All parts except for the receiver are from much later in M1 production, and the rifle has been refinished with black Parkerizing. This receiver does have the 7th round modification.
Barrel is a 4-51 SA. The throat gauges 4, and the muzzle 1+ with a good bore. 6535382 HRA. op rod, post war gas cylinder with low hump beveled lock, P/crescent lock screw. -19 SA bolt with O-17 heat lot.
SA -8 trigger housing, SA forged trigger guard w/o part number, -3 SA hammer, hammer spring plunger has guide wings.
All wood is late birch replacement. T105E1 rear sight, SA front sight.
