Harrington & Richardson M1 Collector 5576722
M1 Rifle manufactured by Harrington & Richardson Arms. This rifle is a collector grade. Serial number of 5576722 places this as an early to mid-1955 production rifle, and this rifle has a 1-55 HRA barrel with M=1+ and TE=2+
Stock is HRA with san serif P proof and 3/8” DAS. Handguards are HRA with typical HRA diagonal sanding marks.
Gas cylinder, front sight and lock are typical HRA with smooth finish. Lock screw is HRA O. Bolt is 6528287 HRA ·U·. 6535382 HRA op rod. Rear sight has HRA-W windage knob and HRA elevation pinion. Trigger housing is 6528290 HRA N with HRA safety and HRA 5546008 hammer.
