IHC Postage Stamp Presentation Rifle 4567369

M1 Rifle manufactured by International Harvester. This rifle is serial number 4567369.

This M1 was converted to a drill rifle by the DoD, and was refinished by CMP and fitted with a new stock set. The parts may not be serviceable on a firing M1. LMR barrel dated 5-53 was completely ruined by the drill rifle conversion process.

This rifle would make an interesting addition to any collection because of the serial number, or an excellent non-firing display piece. Please see all pictures for details and parts ID before bidding.

Note: Since this rifle has not been demilled to BATFE standards, it is still considered a firearm, and the purchaser is subject to all laws governing the purchase and ownership of an M1 Garand.
