M1 Carbine Inland 579162
Carbine has a N marked front sight on a 8-43 Inland barrel with an ME of 2 and an unmarked type I band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut IO stock with large crossed cannons cartouche, with an IO marked 2 rivet handguard, and an unknown recoil plate. It has a S’G’ magazine catch and a SS in circle rotary safety in a Inland marked trigger housing with LGKST markings, with a GI dogleg hammer and RI sear. It comes with an IRCO stamped adjustable rear sight. Receiver is marked Bavaria Forestry Police, and major components are marked with 9162.
