USMC 10x Unertl Sniper Telescope 5122 .50 Caliber

US Marine Corps Issue 10x Unertl Sniper Telescope. Serial number 5122. This scope was manufactured as a .50 caliber scope meant for use on the Barrett M107/M82A3 .50 Caliber anti-material rifle, and the ballistic adjustment cam is set up for the .50 BMG cartridge and calibrated to 1800 yards.

This scope has a black finish, painted in desert camo, and has seen heavy use but still maintains most of its paint. The turrets are tight, though the windage is not calibrated, and the levers move as expected, however the elevator O ring is loose. All other adjustments appear to function correctly and optics are clear. A set of GGG rings is included with this scope.

The Civilian Marksmanship Program has acquired a small quantity of these telescopes. These are very rarely seen on the civilian market, as USMC marked Unertl scopes were never sold directly to the public.  This scope would make an excellent addition to any collection. Scope will ship in a CMP hard rifle case.
