DESCRIPTION

M1 Carbine Service Grade NPM 4268577

Carbine has an N marked front sight on a SA 8-49 barrel with an ME of 1+ and a JM marked type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut potbelly stock with what looks like a .U. mark on the left cheek, with an unknown 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an M2 magazine catch and a N. rotary safety in an N over 16 trigger housing, with a KR straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a .U. 169 type II slide. It comes with an H in shield stamped rear sight.
