M1 Carbine Service Grade Saginaw S’G’ 1841705
Carbine has an unmarked front sight on an 8-43 dated Underwood barrel with an ME of 1+ and a KI marked type III band. The receiver is set in a high wood I cut unknown but proofed stock, with an IO 2 rivet handguard with a starburst looking mark, and unknown recoil plate. It has an EI magazine catch and a flat face push button safety in an Inland trigger housing, with a WA straight hammer and RI sear, all kept by a .U. 168 type II slide. It comes with an IRCO stamped adjustable rear sight. Receiver has a W mark on the left side under the wood.
