M1 Carbine Field Grade Saginaw S’G’ 3601753

Carbine has a N marked front sight on a 9-1943 dated Buffalo Arms barrel with an ME of 1+ and a J.M.Q. marked type III band. The receiver is set in a high wood oval cut RSG stock with vertical S’G’ cartouche and small crossed cannons, with an RSG 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an E-S’G’ magazine catch and a flat faced push button safety in an S’G’- trigger, with a B/R straight hammer and SW-S’G’ sear, all kept by a S’G’ type III slide. It comes with a H in shield stamped adjustable rear sight. Receiver is marked with Bavaria Forestry Police-U.
