M1 Carbine Field Grade Saginaw S’G’ 3626986

Carbine has an unmarked front sight on a 11-43 dated
Inland barrel with an ME of 2+ and an unmarked type I band. The receiver is set in a high wood oval cut stock with no distinguishable cartouches, though shows evidence of once wearing marks, with a RSG 2 rivet handguard which looks to match the stock, and unknown recoil plate. It has an E.I. magazine catch and a SS in circle overstamped to N rotary safety in a W trigger housing, with a H.I. (?) straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a S’G’ type III slide. It comes with a S marked flip rear sight with unmarked leaves. Stock, handguard, and slide are marked with 6986.
