M1 Carbine Service Grade Rock-Ola 1731634

Carbine has an SI  B marked front sight on an undated Rock-Ola barrel with an ME of 2+ and a M-R marked type I band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut stock with indistinguishable markings but a GHD over UEF and small crossed cannons cartouche, with an unknown 2 rivet handguard, and D.I. recoil plate. It has an E.I. magazine catch and a SS in circle rotary safety in a Rock-Ola trigger housing with LGKST markings, with a KR straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a Rock-Ola type III slide. It comes with a S and R-R flip rear sight, with leaves bearing a BR mark. Receiver is marked Bavaria Forestry Police, and has three holes tapped in the left side, likely for a scope mount.
