M1 Carbine Service Grade National Postal Meter 4368446
Carbine has an S.A. marked front sight on a 12-50 dated SA barrel with an ME of 2 and a KI type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut potbelly stock with hard to make out manufacturers markings, with an IO 4 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has a W magazine catch and a SS in circle rotary safety in an Inland trigger housing, with an I-I straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a circle PI marked 169 type II slide. It comes with a double stamped H in shield stamped adjustable rear sight. Receiver bevel is marked with a U.
