M1 Carbine Field Grade National Postal Meter 4130296
Carbine has an N marked front sight on a 1-43 dated Underwood barrel with an ME of 1+ and a KI marked type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut J stock, with an H.I. 2 rivet handguard, and W recoil plate. It has an HI magazine catch and a J.A.O. rotary safety in an Inland trigger housing, with a .U. straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a circled PI type III slide. It comes with an I.R.CO. 7160060 stamped adjustable rear sight.
