M1 Carbine Field Grade National Postal Meter 4136445
Carbine has an unmarked front sight on a 10-1943 dated Buffalo Arms barrel with an ME of 2+ and a J.M.Q. marked type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut boxed Q-RMC stock, with an LW-B (?) 2 rivet handguard, and W recoil plate. It has a M2 magazine catch and a H.T. rotary safety in a S trigger housing, with an I.K. dogleg hammer and unknown sear, all kept by an N over 5 type IV slide. It comes with an I.R.CO. 7160060 stamped adjustable rear sight.
