This is a Model 03-A3 rifle Smith-Corona 3636629.
This is an early production Smith-Corona rifle with its original SC 12 42, four-grooved barrel.The throat and muzzle gauge are both 1. The rifle is all correct and in excellent original condition The rifle is as received. These early production rifles are very seldom seen in this condition This rifle has a good bore with little to no rust and/or pitting and good headspacing. This rifle exhibits early production features consistent with the serial number, including a pin-reinforced stock and small-bow trigger guard. The wood is GI wood with the DOD, proof, and cartouche, as well as other stamps.
