USMC 10x Unertl Sniper Telescope 1258
US Marine Corps Issue 10x Unertl Sniper Telescope. Serial number 1258. This scope appears to have been used extensively, and the remains of a dark forest paint over a black metal finish, and does not have the USO elevation mod. Optics are mostly clear, though reticle is off plumb and rear objective bell is loose. Course adjustments seem to work smoothly through the range, though fine elevation is somewhat difficult to adjust.
The Civilian Marksmanship Program has acquired a small quantity of these telescopes. These are very rarely seen on the civilian market, as USMC marked Unertl scopes were never sold directly to the public. This scope would make an excellent addition to any collection. Scope will ship in a CMP hard rifle case.
