This is a Model 03-A4 rifle with C stock Remington 3416640.

The barrel of this rifle is an RA barrel dated 7-43, with the proof marking visibly stamped beneath it. The muzzle gauge is 1 and throat gauge is 2. The bore of this rifle is in excellent condition with little to no rust/pitting and is a two-grooved barrel. Most of the parts appear to be Remington parts, as the on/off switch, stacking swivel, front and rear sling swivel, and upper band all possess stamings of "R." On the bolt handle, "SA", "HO16", and a punch mark can be found. The stock possesses  a proof mark, "BA JPL" cartouche, "FJA" cartouche, "RA" stamp, as well as  "B", "6", and "3" stamps. Some additional stampings can be found in front of the trigger guard. The wood of this rifle is GI wood with some imperfections.
