DESCRIPTION
This is a Model 1903 rifle Rock Island Arsenal 64678.
The barrel of this rifle is an RIA barrel dated 4-07 and the bore is in okay condition with some to no rust and/or pitting. The muzzle gauge is a 2, and the throat gauge is a 5+. The stock of this rifle is GI wood with some imperfections and has a faint ELH cartouche, proof marking, stamped "A," "U" and other faint stamps on the stock, and it is an "S" stock. "K" is stamped on the front sight band.
Notes from the Armorer:
80% smooth arsenal parkerized refinish. Frosy bore, worn rifling. Includes orginal trigger/sear assembly and front sight. Ear;y open bottom rear sight. Early ELH cartouche and RIA stock, high hump handguard and RIA bolt and rear sight.
