M1 Carbine Service Grade National Postal Meter 4303279
Carbine has an N marked front sight on a 5-44 dated Inland barrel with an ME of 1 and a SI marked type III band. The receiver is set in a high wood I cut CMP stock, with a matching 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an M2 magazine catch and a double stamped E.I. and SS in circle rotary safety in an N over 16 trigger housing, with an unknown straight hammer and SW-S’G’ sear, all kept by an N marked type III slide. It comes with a PI milled adjustable rear sight.
