USMC Unertl Sniper Telescope 1865
US Marine Corp Issue 10x Unertl Sniper Telescope Serial Number 1865. This scope is in fair condition with definite signs of usage. It has a tan paint over the original black finish. It does NOT have the USO modification. Optics are clear and adjustments function properly, clicking through entire range crisply, but the elevation cross hair is broken(see photo). Scope does not come with mounts.
The Civilian Marksmanship Program has acquired a small quantity of these telescopes. These are very rarely seen on the civilian market, as USMC marked Unertl scopes were never sold directly to the public. This scope would make an excellent addition to any collection. Scope will ship in a hard rifle case.
