This is a Winchester Model 70. The serial number is 398582. It fires the 30-06 SPFLD. round. It is missing the front swivel and handstop, front and rear sight and accompaning base, scope blocks, and buttplate. The trigger weight is 3lbs 15oz. It has U.S. Property marked on the receiver.
