M1 Carbine Service Grade I.B.M. Carbine 3884599 (AO Stamped)
BAVARIAN FORRESTRY POLICE-O
Carbine has an SI B stamped front sight, that has been modified to a beaded front sight, on an undated I.B.M. CORP. barrel with an ME of 2+, and a type II barrel band. The B-+EB trigger housing has EPB stamped magazine catch, an EPB stamped push button safety, WMB stamped straight hammer, and a BOB stamped sear. The type III slide is unmarked. This is all set in an NPM/FJA cartouched oval cut, low wood stock; with TRIMBLE TN stamped in the sling well. The 2 rivet handguard is stamped P-U. The rear sight is a stamped I.R. CO. 7160060 adjustable sight. Rifle is stamped BAVARIAN FORRESTRY POLICE-O on top of the receiver.
