M1 Carbine Service Grade Inland 5111492
Carbine has an N stamped front sight on an Inland MFG DIV General Motors 3-44 barrel, with an ME of 1+; and a type III barrel band stampe KI. Trigger housing is stamped N 14 and has an M magazine catch, an M in circled rotary safety, an I. K stamped straight hammer, and an unmarked hole in sear. The type IV slide is stamped –U- encircled. The rear adjustable sights are milled and stamped PI. The low wood, oval cut stock is stamped IO in the sling well. The 2 rivet hand guard is stamped H.I.
