M1 Service Grade Carbine Rock-Ola 4577840
Rifle is stamped “Bavarian Prison Guard” on the receiver.
Carbine has an RP stamped front sight, on an undated Rock-Ola barrel, with an ME of 1+. It has a type II barrel band. The Rock-Ola stamped trigger housing is stamped L.G.K.T. 0376 in front of the trigger guard; has an unmarked magazine catch, an SS encircled stamped rotary safety, LT-Q R stamped straight hammer, an an unmarked “hole in” sear. The type IV slide is stamped Rock-Ola. It has an S BR stamped flip sights. The high wood, oval cut stock has the small box RMC cartouche and Ordnance Wheel below, stamped 72158 in the sling well; and has a Rock-Ola recoil plate. It has an unmarked 2 rivet hand guard.
