This is a USMC 10x Unertl .50 Cal Telescope 5112
US Marine Corps Issue 10x Unertl Sniper .50 cal Telescope serial number 5112. This scope is in good condition with signs of use. It has the original black finish. There appears to be some tape residue on one end of the scope. The optics are clear. Range and windage knobs have crisp movements. It DOES NOT have the USO modification. O-ring for range knob is loose. Scope does not come with mounts.
The Civilian Marksmanship Program has acquired a small quantity of these telescopes. These are very rarely seen on the civilian market, as USMC marked Unertl scopes were never sold directly to the public. This scope would make an excellent addition to any collection. Scope will ship in a CMP hard rifle case.
