Qul HMC Car Barrel Action Receiver 1885653. Quality Hardware & Manufacturing Co. produced the M1 Carbine from February of 1943 to May of 1944. This Serial Number came from the second block of rifle builds. This block was dated June, 1943 to October, 1943.
