This is a Remington Model 3016926 with S Stock rifle.
This item has a barrel dated R.A./12-41. The bore is in dark and very poor condition. The TE gauges at 3, and the the Muzzle gauges at 5+. This item has approximately 80 to 90% of the originial finish remaining.
This is a VFW/American Legion rifle and is 100% correct and originial as received by The CMP. The rifle has all early Remington features including an "RLB" grasping-groove stock and early large gas port bolt. Stock has moderate dings and scratches and is marked "NZD/2161." Rifle headspace is okay.
