This is a SA-52 M1C Plugged Receiver 3373879. This Springfield Armory Receiver was produced in Approximate Month range of September of 1941 as a M1C and went to the rebuild for the SA-52 like many others to be turned into service rifles. This receiver has the clip latch in it.
