This item was not removed from the protective wrap and the information given on tag is what we are going off of. 

SA - Springfield Armory

1918 - Date that is marked on blade

Parked - Parker Rust Proof Process ( commonly Called Parkerizing )

Wood Grips - Type of grips

No Number

This Bayonet is a Model 1905 which was produced to use on the Model 1903 Rifle and the M1 Rifle. Production was from 1906 to 1922.
