DESCRIPTION
U.S. Bayonet, Model of 1892 (Krag)w/Scabbard.
All production of the Model 1892 bayonet was at Springfield Armory. Dates observed from 1894 to 1903. This one dated 1901.
In 1905 the belt loop was redesgined for the Model 1903 rifle. This is the same scabbard used on the Model 1905 scabbard.
