M1 Carbine NPM 4380084
This carbine has NOT been inspected or test fired.
This National Postal Meter was one of the 413,017 carbines that was manufactured by NPM. The barrel is marked Underwood 3-44. It falls under the fourth assigned serial number block. There is an oval cut in the stock. The front sight is marked SN.
