Markings & Other information: Springfield Armory M1903-MK1.  

This rifle has MK1 trigger assembly and magazine cut-off assembly. Both needed for use with the semi-auto Pedersen device.

Rifle is in Good condition overall. Metal parts have Good to Very Good military finish throughout. Receiver and general action are in Very Good condition w/ little wear. Barrel is HS 2-44 w/ good readings. Bore is bright but has pitting starting at halfway to the muzzle that continues throughout the rest of the bore. Stock is Straight style w/ finger groove and the Mk 1 cut under the receiver’s ejection port. Boxed DAL and AAS cartouches on left side w/ circle P and non-circled serif P proof marks. Stock is structurally sound w/ some cosmetic dents, dings, and scratches.
