This rifle is in unissued condition and is still in the original wrappings which have been opened enough to verify the Serial Number and note that it is marked U.S. PROPERTY on the forward left of the receiver. This rifle is sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied. It will be shipped in its original box.
