This rifle is in overall excellent condition. The metal parts have very good military finish w/ very little wear. The receiver is a late X prefix 6 mil w/ excellent finish. The rear sight assembly is ½ MOA NM set. The base and windage knob are both stamped NM. The aperture is a non-hooded reduced NM stamped 595. The barrel is a SA 9-54 NM .30-06 w/ excellent bore, T/M readings, and breech face in the white. The trigger and hammer have been modified to give the trigger a smooth pull and crisp break. The stock is a new production CMP set. Parts are of mixed manufacturer.
