Markings: Left side: 1899 / Right Side: US
Scabbard: Model 1892 with 1899 belt attachment and knob on tip
Other Notes: This bayonet and scabbard are in very good overall condition. The Model 1892 was “the first knife bayonet to be regularly adopted by the US Army, and was closely patterned after the Swiss Model 1889.”
