This rifle is in overall very good condition. The receiver has an excellent military finish with little wear. The barrel has a bright bore and very good muzzle and throat readings. The stock and handguards are late replacements with no markings except that 18 has been stamped behind the receiver and they have many dents and dings. The gas cylinder is a WWII narrow base Springfield with the straight relief cut. Parts are from mixed manufacturers.
