This rifle is in overall very good condition. The receiver and barrel have very good finishes. The barrel has a bright bore and good muzzle and throat readings. The scant stock is in very good condition with some cosmetic dents and dings and has an arsenal rebuild stamp on the left side (RA-P) from the Raritan Arsenal, Harry Peterson inspector. The stock does not have the Mark I cutout. Parts are from mixed manufacturers except those parts that are specific to the Mark I. The bolt cutoff lever and spindle are proper for a Mark I as well as the trigger/sear assembly which is complete and proper for a Mark I.
