The bore on this rifle is dark, light pitting
Receiver: Good condition

Markings & Other information: Springfield 1903 Mark I, Field grade
This rifle does not have any Mk I parts. The receiver is cut for a bolt stop but one is not present. The receiver is in good condition, has no pitting, but does have a wearing finish. The SA barrel has good throat and muzzle readings; the bore is dull with pitting. The stock is in very good condition and has a solid recoil block. The stock does not have Mk I cutout, but the stock does clearance the port.
