The bore of this barrel is dull with good rifling
Receiver: Good finish
Bolt: 074 etched on bottom
Markings & Other information: Remington Model 40-X, 0074
The receiver has a good finish and shows only little wear. The factory heavy barrel has a dull bore and good rifling down the length of the bore. The stock has a good remaining finish, missing hand stop and butt sling swivel. The bottom of the bolt and the stock barrel channel have “”074” etched or stamped.
