This rifle is in overall very good condition. The receiver was originally built as a gas trap rifle and had the defect for the 7th round stoppage. At some point the rifle was converted to a gas port rifle, and the receiver was modified to correct the 7th round stoppage defect. The barrel has a bright bore with some minor frosting/pitting. The stock set is in good condition but shows some wear. Parts are from mixed manufacturers.
