Markings & Other information: Remington Model 40-X Single Shot Match Rifle Chambered in 7.62 NATO

This rifle is in overall excellent condition. The receiver has an excellent finish. The barrel is a replacement match heavy barrel of polished steel stamped 7.62 mm NATO. The stock is a wood thumb-hole stock with an adjustable pull. The stock is solidly bedded to the barreled receiver. The trigger is a replacement match trigger of unknown make.
