This rifle is in good condition overall. The barrel and receiver have a serviceable finish. The barrel has a good muzzle and throat reading with good rifling. The receiver was converted to be an M1C; later, the scope mount was removed and the mounting holes left unfilled. The stock is a late replacement in good condition with some cosmetic dents, dings, and scratches. The parts are from mixed manufacturers.
