Model 1917 Bayonet with Scabbard, both New in Package

The model 1917 bayonet was first designed to be used on the Model 1917 Enfield Rifle but was later used with various trench shotguns. It was issued for use during WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Possible manufacturers include Remington Arms, Winchester Arms, Eddystone Arms, General Cutlery and Canadian Arsenals Ltd.

The Model 1917 scabbard is a hard design probably from later WWII into the Vietnam era. Possible manufacturers include Beckwith Manufacturing Co., Victory Plastics Company, B.A. Inc, and V.Z.M.
