M1 Carbine Field Grade Saginaw S’G’ 3584421
Carbine has an N marked front sight on a 9-43 dated Underwood barrel with an ME of 2 and an AMCO marked type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut SA potbelly stock, with an unknown 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an EI magazine catch and a JAO rotary safety in a W trigger housing, with a H.I. straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a PI type V slide. It comes with a H in shield milled adjustable rear sight. Receiver is double stamped with serial number.
