M1 Carbine Service Grade National Postal Meter 4328487
Carbine has an N marked front sight on a 9-1943 dated Buffalo Arms barrel with an ME of 2 and a UI marked type I band with UM swivel. The receiver is set in a high wood oval cut Trimble TN stock with a NPM over FJA cartouche and small crossed cannons, with an unknown 2 rivet handguard, and N recoil plate. It has an SN magazine catch and a SN flat faced push button safety in a N over 9 trigger housing, with an H.I. straight hammer and LN sear, all kept by a DA-Q type III slide. It comes with a H in shield milled adjustable rear sight. Receiver has been marked Bavaria Municipal Police, and the bevel is marked with a U.
