M1 Carbine Field Grade National Postal Meter 4084270
Carbine has an unmarked front sight on an undated Saginaw S.G. barrel with an ME of 1+ and an AMCO marked type III band. The receiver is set in a low wood oval cut IR stock, with an RMC 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an unknown magazine catch and a SS in circle rotary safety in a N over 9 trigger housing, with a circled B/R straight hammer and unknown sear, all kept by a PI type IV slide. It comes with a J.A.O. 7160060 stamped adjustable rear sight.
