M1 Carbine Field Grade National Postal Meter 4253473
Carbine has an N marked front sight on a 3-43 dated Inland barrel with an ME of 1+ and a MMQ marked type III band. The receiver is set in a high wood I cut IR-IP stock, with an M-U 2 rivet handguard, and unknown recoil plate. It has an EI magazine catch and an EI rotary safety in n Inland trigger housing, with an IN straight hammer and R.I. sear, all kept by a PI type III slide. It comes with an H in shield stamped adjustable rear sight.
