This is a field grade M1 Garand rifle WRA 1223027.

The bore of this rifle is in fair condition with some rust and pitting; it is not in the white.

Bolt: D28287-1W.R.A.
Op-Rod: D35382 9 SA
Trigger Housing: D28290-18-SA
Hammer: C46008-8 SA
Markings: Punch marking and stamped "8" on bayonet lug; Stamped "P" and hexagon on gas cylinder screw; Written 36 on a piece of tape on the butt of the stock; Stamped "A" and "P" on bottom of receiver; Case marking on bullet guide; Stamped "11" on follower.
Other Information: Squared clip latch, Arched lower band with solid pin; Cut op-rod; Annealed receiver.
The wood of this rifle is newer wood with some dings, scratches, scrapes, and gouges.
