These are two service grade duplicate serial number M1 Garand rifles SA 2444480A and WRA 2444480.

During the end of production of the WRA M1 Garands, there was a clerical error. This lead to the manufacturing of some M1 Garands in the same serial number range in both SA and WRA M1 Garands within that range. When the error was discovered, an "A" was engraved on the receiver underneath the serial number of one of the two. This is one such pair of rifles.

The bore of this rifle is in good condition with little to no rust; it is in the white with a good crown.

Other Information: Flat lower band with solid pin; Cut op-rod.

The wood of this rifle is new production wood with no cartouche or markings and some dings, scratches, and scrapes.

The wood of this rifle is GI with some dings, scratches, and scrapes.
