This is a service grade plugged M1-C Garand rifle SA 3309885.

This rifle was converted to an M1-C sniper rifle, but it was converted back into a regular M1 Garand some time later. This is evident by the five circular markings on the side you would normally find the scope mount staked to. The holes originally drilled for the mount have been filled in completely.
