The trigger doesn't release the hammer when pulled.

The wood of this rifle is new produciton wood with some dings, scratches, scrapes, and/or gouges. 

This rifle hasn't been demilitarized to current standards, and is unsafe to fire. CMP cannot condone the repairation of drill rifles to functional rifles, and the risk is fully assumed by the customer and the gunsmith if this occurs.
